Please note that with effect from 01st February 2011, as per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives, an additional "One Time Password (OTP)" will become mandatory for all payments made using Credit / Debit Cards via 'Mobile' or the 'Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at the Call Center.
